Soarify LLC provides the following services:
Funnel Design, Strategy Consulting, Sales Optimization
The specifics of each service, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
Payment terms vary by service but will be clearly outlined in the invoice. Standard payment structures include: Full payment upfront 50% upfront and 50% upon service completion. Payment is accepted via approved payment methods specified in the invoice. Refunds are only provided if our stated guarantee has not been fulfilled, as outlined in the service agreement. Chargebacks: If a client initiates a chargeback without valid justification, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately and pursue legal action if necessary. Late Payments: Late payments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Clients own all funnel designs and assets upon project completion and payment. Soarify LLC only has access to the funnel/website software used for service execution. Clients may modify or reuse the delivered assets without restrictions. We utilize GoHighLevel as our primary funnel-building software.
Clients must provide necessary assets (e.g., branding materials, content, images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials will pause any service guarantee timelines until the required materials are received. Once the project is delivered, clients are free to modify, resell, or use the materials as they see fit.
We provide specific guarantees depending on the service, which will be detailed in the invoice. No Liability Disclaimer: While we guarantee certain results as stated in our agreements, we are not liable for overall business outcomes, revenue impact, or unforeseen market changes. We do not refuse service to any industry but prefer working with info product businesses (e.g., course creators, coaches, consultants, and community owners).
If a financial dispute arises, Soarify LLC will immediately stop all work on the client’s project. The governing law for disputes and legal matters shall be the laws of the United States. Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
Soarify LLC reserves the right to terminate a project if a client is uncooperative or engages in disrespectful behavior. If a project is terminated by Soarify LLC before completion, a full refund will be provided. Clients may cancel a project only if payment has not been made. No cancellation fees apply.
Soarify LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
